Britannia Boosted by New Appointments

08/Oct/2010

Two new posts have been filled in recent weeks as Britannia Group defies the economic climate with continued steady growth.

Russell Edmunds (28) - Purchasing/Logistics Officer

Russell Edmunds has joined as Purchasing/Logistics Officer, providing a bridge between the rapidly expanding (and recently re-named) Britannia Logistics Solutions arm and the oil/marine departments.

28-year-old Mr Edmunds, hailing from the West Midlands (England), comes armed with a wealth of experience in quality control and logistics, gained at large manufacturing and distribution companies throughout Britain.

David Foster (33) - Graphic Design/Marketing Officer

Joining as the company's Design/Marketing Officer, meanwhile, is 33-year-old David Foster.

David's dual goal is to knock the group's branding into shape (starting with the websites) whilst implementing a state of the art marketing program.

With his several years' experience as a studio based graphic designer backed up by a stint as marketing manager for a national sports governing body, Swindon born David brings the wide range of skills required to fulfil this varied role.
